A mum and daughter duo from Liverpool have launched a lettings and property management company, called Bespoke Lettings.
Managing director Susan Hind, 40, has set up the business with daughter and commercial director Hannah Frankland, 20, after more than 12 years’ combined experience in the property industry.
Susan said: “We want to build a strong rapport among all our clients by taking the time to really understand their specific requirements.
“Hannah and I know how important it is for landlords to find the right tenant, whilst maximising the return on investment, and for tenants to find their next ideal home to rent.”
The company, based in Orrell Park, already has more than 70 properties on its books.
Susan added: “We are delighted by the response so far and extremely proud of our current portfolio of properties, which span all over the North West. It really is such an exciting time for us.”
