You will receive your holding deposit back if you withdraw from the application due to changes in the tenancy agreement i.e., the landlord increasing the rent to what you agreed when paying the holding deposit.

Should you be eligible to receive your holding deposit back this will be returned within 1-3 working days on receipt of bank details.

You will not receive your holding deposit back if all due diligence checks and compliance works have been completed and you decide to withdraw from the application.

You will not receive your holding deposit back if you mislead or provide false information when completing the application form.

Should you not be eligible to receive your holding deposit back, we as acting agents for the landlord will right to you within 7 days of this decision outlining the reasons why.
